Well for those who really can't take it and have no medical problems ~-~, I bring you how to down PES XD!!

Necessary Equipment:
1. 11B to get free consultation fees.
2. Time to visit doctor.

Steps:
1. Keep complain about some pain that you mysteriously have to specialists outside.
2. Even no evidence also keep complain, don't get easily swayed. In time, fake also become real...
3. Get specialist write letter.
4. Give the letter to MO.
5. Go medical board, get downgraded or not depending on luck
6. After a while u get downgraded yay!
