For those of you interested in Ships, NOW'S YOUR CHANCE.

The MVDoulos is an OM (Operation Mobilisation) ship which travels around the world as a book shop in the seas. Doulos was purchased in 1977 by Gute Bücher für Alle e.V. (Good Books for All), a private, non-profit, charitable organisation registered in Germany. She is now berthed in Singapore at the Promenade @ VivoCity.

Built in 1914, the Doulos is 2 years younger than the Titanic and listed in the Guiness Book of Records as the world's oldest passenger ship still active today. The Doulos is the world's largest floating book fair, with half a million books and 6000 titles across the globe. Over 18 million visitors have been welcomed on board for tours, programmes and visits to the floating book fair. With stops in over 500 ports of call, this unique ship has visited more than 100 countries in including Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and many island nations. With a crew of 350, Duolos seeks to bring Knowledge, Help and Hope to nations. The last time Doulos visited Singapore was in 2000.
